You can give or remove a user's access to various features based on User Group permissions.
To give or remove a user from a user group follow the steps below:
1. From main menu click **Administration**
2. Click on the **Users and Residents** box
3. Click the **settings icon next** to the users name
4. Click **Edit**
5. Click on the **Administration** tab
6. Scroll to the **User access** section, click on the text box and select the user group or groups you'd like to add the user to
7. Click the **Save** button at the bottom
