Go to **Administration > Units** section. 2. Locate the unit in the list (use the building filter if needed). 3. Click the **settings icon** ![[gear.png|26]] for that unit. 4. Click **Delete**. ## Important Considerations Before deleting a unit, be aware that the unit record is linked to: - Registered users - Uploaded files - Submitted requests - Sent messages Deleting a unit may affect or remove access to this related data. Contact your system administrator if you are unsure whether deletion is the appropriate action — in many cases, [[Edit a Unit|editing a unit]] to reassign or update its details is preferable.
