Replies are visible to the Manager or Board member who sent the message and stay attached to the original conversation. Open the **Unit Messages** page. - You can also click the button in the email notification to land directly here. 2. Click the **subject line** of the message you want to reply to. 3. Read the message and any existing comments. 4. Type your reply in the comment field. 5. Click **Save**. Your reply is added to the message thread and the sender is notified. --- ## Tips - **Keep replies in the thread.** Replying inside the Unit Message keeps the entire conversation in one place — easier to find and reference later than scattered emails. - **Be specific.** If you're responding about a date, document, or unit detail, include those specifics in your comment so the Manager or Board can act quickly. - **Check email notifications.** When the Manager or Board replies back, you'll receive a new email notification with a button that takes you straight to the updated message. ---
