This guide explains how to submit a new request to your board, management, or maintenance team.

## Prerequisites
- You must be logged in with an account that has access to the Requests page.
## Steps
1. Navigate to the **Requests** page.
2. Click the **Add New Request** button.
3. Select one of the available **categories** from the list.
4. Enter a **Subject** that briefly describes your request.
5. Enter a **Description** with the full details of your request.
6. (Optional) Attach files in one of two ways:
- Click the **Choose File** button and select files from your computer, **or**
- Drag and drop files from a folder into the upload area.
7. Click the **Send Your Request** button to submit.
## Tips
- Choose the category that best matches your request to help it reach the correct team.
- Include photos or documents as attachments when they help explain the issue.
- Keep the subject short and specific; put details in the description.
