Navigate to `Administration > Global Settings > Parking` to configure the feature. ### Enabling or Disabling Parking - Click **Yes** to enable the Parking feature. - Click **No** to disable it. ### QR Code Configuration A printable QR code allows visitors and vendors to self-register parking reservations without a CondoGenie account. 1. Navigate to the QR code section in Parking settings. 2. Choose from the available image options. 3. Select the desired **QR code size**. 4. Click **Print** to send it directly to your printer, or save the file to your computer for use in custom signage or designs. 5. Display the printed QR code in the area near your parking stalls. ### Time Limit Per Visit (in hours) Control how long a visitor or vendor can park during a single reservation: - **Maximum hours per visit** — Enter a number of hours to limit how long a single parking session can last. Leave the field empty to allow unlimited parking duration. ### Limit the number of times a vehicle can park Restrict how often a visitor or vendor can reserve parking within a rolling time period: - **Per 7 days** — Select the 7-day time frame and enter the maximum number of allowed reservations. - **Per 30 days** — Select the 30-day time frame and enter the maximum number of allowed reservations. ### Days in advance a reservation can be made Control how far in the future a reservation can be made: - Enter the number of days in advance a parking stall can be reserved (e.g., `2` allows bookings up to two days ahead). - Leave the field empty to allow unlimited advance booking. ### Vehicles must be registered by owner or resident - **Yes** — Only property owners or residents can register guest vehicles. Visitor and vendor self-registration (including QR code access) is disabled. - **No** (default) — Visitors and vendors can reserve parking stalls on their own, including via QR code. ### Unit must be provided during registration - **Yes** — Requires that each reservation specifies which unit the visitor is visiting. - **No** — Unit tracking information is not collected. ### Registrations must be approved - **Yes** — All parking reservations must be approved by an administrator or a designated user group before they become active. - **No** — Reservations are automatically approved upon submission. When approval is required, you can specify which **User Group** has permission to approve parking registrations.
