If you are not receiving any e-mail notifications there are 2 reasons why. ## Email notifications are delivered to the Spam/Junk folder Due to various spam filters that your email provider or you may have set, certain email notifications will end up in your Spam or Junk folder. Check your Spam or Junk folder to verify if they are there. 1. If possible in your email application, mark the CondoGenie emails as NOT SPAM or JUNK 2. Move the email that ended in the SPAM or JUNK folder into your Inbox 3. Add the following email address to your contacts or address book: [**[email protected]**](mailto:[email protected]) If the email notifications are not in your Spam or Junk folder, send us an email to [email protected] and we'll be happy to help. ## Have you marked a previous email notification as SPAM? If you have marked an email notification as spam in the past, our system stops sending any further notifications to that specific email to prevent further spam and complaints. We do this to be compliant with SPAM acts and laws. If this is the case, please email us at [email protected] so we can remove the block and you'll continue receiving all the email notifications.
