## Prerequisites - To create a new forum post, you must have the appropriate access permissions. If you have permission, a green `Add New Message` button will be visible on the Message Forum page. - To pin a forum post, you must have administrator privileges. ## Creating a Forum Post 1. Navigate to the **Message Forum** page. 2. Click the green **Add New Message** button. This button is only visible if you have permission to create posts. 3. Enter a **title** and **message body** for your forum post. 4. Click the **Create** button to publish your post. Once created, your forum post will appear in the forum list. All information you entered will be visible, and other owners and residents will be able to view and comment on the post. > **Note:** If you do not see the `Add New Message` button, you may not have the necessary permissions.
