Reports can be created in multiple ways:
### Option 1: From an Individual Form
1. Open the form by clicking its name.
2. Click the **Create Report** button.
3. Select the Form from the **Choose from** list
4. Select from available filters by clicking the **Filters** button
5. Click **Generate Report**.
### Option 2: From the Forms Main Page
1. Navigate to the **Forms** section.
2. Click the **Create Report** button.
3. Select the Form from the **Choose from** list
4. Select from available filters by clicking the **Filters** button
5. Click **Generate Report**.
### Option 3: From the Reports Page
1. Navigate to the `Administration > Reports > Form reports` section.
2. Select the Form from the **Choose from** list
3. Select from available filters by clicking the **Filters** button
4. Click the **Create Report** button.
5. Choose the desired form from the list.
6. Click **Generate Report**.
