Follow these steps to create a new form:
1. Navigate to the **Forms** section.
2. Click the **Add New Form** button.
3. Specify the assignment for the form:
- Units - the form will be assigned to a Unit
- Users - the form will be assigned to every User in your account
4. Select a **Form Category**.
5. Enter a **Title** for the form.
6. Enter a **Description** for the form.
7. Configure form options:
- Checkbox **Form must be filled out by the user** - requires users to fill out the form. Next time a User signs in to CondoGenie they will have to fill out the form.
- Checkbox **Allow users to edit this form many times** - allows the users to update their responses at any time.
8. Add questions to the form:
1. Select a **question type**.
2. Type in your question.
3. Set the **Required** field to **Yes** if the question must be answered.
9. Click **Add Another Question** to add more questions.
## Save the form:
1. Click the **Save as** button
- Click **Save as Draft** to keep the form unpublished for later review.
- Click **Publish** to publish the form to assigned users.
> **Note**: Once a form is published, an email notification is automatically sent to assigned users prompting them to fill it out. Users can complete the form immediately or they will be required to complete it the next time they sign in (if marked as required).
