# Editing a Calendar Event
This guide explains how to create a new event on the [[Calendar Overview|Calendar]].
## Prerequisites
- You must be part of a [[User Groups Overview|User Group]] that has access to manage Calendar events in your condominium.
## Steps to Edit an Event
1. Navigate to the **Calendar**.
2. Click the event you want to modify to open its details.
3. Click the **Edit Event** button.
4. Update any of the following as needed:
- Event details
- Attachments (max **50 MB** per file)
- **Schedule** — start date, end date, start time, end time
- **Recurring** schedule
- **Access** — User Group(s) that can see and be notified about the event
5. Save your changes.
## Notifications
When an event is updated, users in the selected **User Group** receive notifications based on the updated Access settings.
