This guide explains how to add a new Building to your condominium. For an introduction to the feature, see the [[Buildings Overview]]. ## Prerequisites - You must be part of a [[User Groups Overview|User Group]] that has access to manage buildings in your condominium. - The building's prefix, address, postal/zip code, number of floors, and unit numbering range. ## Steps to Create a Building 1. Navigate to **Administration > Buildings** 2. Click the **Add New Building** button. 3. On the new building page, enter the following details: - **Prefix** — a short identifier for the building. (North Tower, South Tower, 123 Street Name, 124 Street Name) - **Address** — the building's street address. - **Postal or Zip Code** — the location code. - **Number of Floors** — how many floors the building has. 4. Provide the **Starting Unit** and **Ending Unit** for each floor. This automatically generates units for every floor in the specified range. 5. (Optional) Add additional buildings on the same page by repeating the steps above. You can create multiple buildings in a single session. 6. Click the **Create** button to save. After creation, each new building displays the **number of units** and **number of users** it contains. ## After Creating - If your units do not follow a standard numerical pattern, open the building and rename units.
