Analytics for Unit Messages show how residents and users are engaging with direct messages.
## Prerequisites
- You must have full access to the Unit Messages feature (board member, administrator, or property manager).
- The message must already exist.
## How to View Document Analytics
1. Navigate to the **Unit Messages**.
2. Click the Settings icon**.
3. Click **Analytics**.

1. Navigate to **Units**.
2. Click on **Unit**.
3. Click on **Messages** tab.
4. Click on message **Subject**
5. Click the **Analytics** ![[icon-analytics.png|28]] icon
## What You Will See
Unit Message analytics include:
- Who **viewed** each message.
- Who **clicked** the message from their email.
- Who **clicked** the message on the website.
- Who **viewed the email** containing the message.
- **Unique views per message**
- Number of **emails sent**.
## Common Use Cases
- Verify that a message was seen or opened.
