Task management analytics provide a detailed view of task creation, completion, and time spent across your organization.

## Prerequisites
- Administrator-level access to Condo Genie.
- Tasks must exist in the system to populate the analytics.
## How to Open Task Management Analytics
1. Go to **Administration**.
2. Click the **Analytics** box.
3. Click **Task Management**.
## Filtering Options
On the Task Management Analytics page, you can filter results by:
- **Date**
- **Task category**
- **User**
## What You Will See
The Task Management Analytics page displays:
- The number of **tasks created**.
- How long it took to **complete** each task.
- Number of **tasks created by day**.
- **Time spent by users** on tasks.
## Common Use Cases
- Track team productivity over a date range.
- Identify which task categories take the longest to resolve.
- Review individual user workload and time spent.
- Spot bottlenecks in task completion.
