# News Announcements Analytics Analytics for news announcements show how recipients engaged with a specific posting. See also: [Analytics Overview](./Analytics%20Overview.md) | [Viewing Analytics](How%20To%20View%20Analytics.md) ## Prerequisites - You must have full access to the News Announcements feature (board member, administrator, or property manager). - A news announcement must already be posted. ## How to View News Announcement Analytics 1. Navigate to the posted **news announcement**. 2. Click the **settings icon**. 3. Click **Analytics**. > Tip: You can also click the **charts icon** on the announcement to jump directly to analytics. ## What You Will See The news announcement analytics page shows: - Number of **emails sent** and how many users received them. - Number of **views**. - A list of users who **viewed or clicked** the announcement, including: - User name - Date of view/click - Unit the user belongs to ## Common Use Cases - Confirm an important announcement reached all residents. - Identify units that have not yet read a critical notice and follow up. - Measure engagement on community updates over time. ## Related Guides - [Document Analytics](Document%20Analytics.md) - [Task Analytics](Task%20Analytics.md)
