This guide explains the general process for viewing analytics on any supported feature in Condo Genie. For feature-specific details, see the linked guides at the bottom.

## Who Can View Analytics
By default, only users with full access to a feature can view its analytics. This includes:
- Board members
- Administrators
- Property managers
To change who can see Analytics go to [[Edit User Group]] to see how you can change access for users.
## How to Open Analytics
You can open analytics for any supported feature in one of two ways:
1. **Charts icon method**
1. Navigate to the feature (for example, a news announcement or document).
2. Click the **charts icon** displayed on the item.
3. The analytics page for that item opens.
2. **Settings icon method**
1. Navigate to the feature.
2. Click the **settings icon**.
3. Click **Analytics**.
## Finding Features That Support Analytics
To see the full list of features in Condo Genie that have built-in analytics:
1. Click the **Help** button.
2. Click **Help Guides and Articles**.

## Notes on Editing, Updating, and Deleting Analytics
Analytics data in Condo Genie is **automatically generated** based on user activity. As a result:
- **Create:** Not applicable. Analytics are generated automatically as users interact with content.
- **Edit:** Analytics data cannot be edited.
- **Update:** Analytics update automatically; there is no manual refresh action.
- **Delete:** Analytics data cannot be deleted directly. Deleting the underlying item (announcement, document, task) removes its associated analytics.
