Analytics for documents show how residents and users are engaging with shared documents.
## Prerequisites
- You must have full access to the Documents feature (board member, administrator, or property manager).
- The document must already exist.
## How to View Document Analytics
1. Navigate to the **document**.
2. Click the **settings icon**.
3. Click **Analytics**.
## What You Will See
Document analytics include:
- Number of people who **viewed** each document.
- Number of people who **clicked** the document from their email.
- Number of people who **clicked** the document on the website.
- Number of people who **viewed the email** containing the document.
- **Unique views per document** (distinct users who opened it).
- Number of users who **read** the document.
- Number of **emails sent**.
## Common Use Cases
- Verify that a policy or bylaw document has been read by residents.
- Compare engagement between email links and on-site views.
- Track which documents are most accessed.
