> [!info] This feature is available in the Manage plan Analytics let authorized users measure engagement across various features, including view rates, open rates, email delivery, and performance. ## Feature Overview Throughout CondoGenie, certain features include built-in analytics that show how content is being received and used. Analytics help administrators, board members, and property managers understand engagement with announcements, documents, tasks, and more. ## Key Concepts - **Analytics icon (charts icon):** A quick-access icon displayed on features that support analytics. Clicking it opens the analytics view. - **Settings icon → Analytics:** An alternate way to open analytics for a feature. - **Views vs. Unique Views:** Total number of opens versus the number of distinct users who opened the content. - **Email Sent vs. Email Viewed:** Number of notification emails delivered versus how many recipients opened them. - **Click vs. View:** A click is when a user opens content from an email or link; a view is when they read it on the website. ## Prerequisites - By default, only users with **full access** to a feature can view its analytics. This typically includes: - Board members - Administrators - Property managers - The feature in question must have analytics built in. There is no create, edit, update, or delete action for analytics data itself — the data is generated automatically based on user activity within Condo Genie. - If you do not see a charts icon or an Analytics option under the settings menu, either the feature does not support analytics or your user role does not have permission to view them.
